Using an individual centered planning approach; Roxy Care brings highly skilled and qualified associates to assist individuals supported. Roxy Care provides service to individuals of all ages in in variety of settings in the Greater Toronto Area and nearing towns. Services is available to:

  • Northern & Rural Community Hospitals/Community Agencies
  • & Families supporting individuals with moderate to severe behaviour, emotional, and psychiatric needs

Services are available 24/7 for your short & long terms behaviour support needs. Whether service is required few hours or for extended period, Roxy Family Care is there to meet your needs. For service needs, Roxy Family Care can be contacted at any time during office hours and 24/7 with an on-call manager available to respond to your needs.

Roxy Family Care recruits the most skilled and qualified associates in the field to meet the needs of families and organizations with individuals with behaviour, emotional, social, and psychiatric needs.

Associates Employed:

  • Holds a bachelors or a college diploma including:
    • Behaviour Science,
    • Developmental Services Worker,
    • Child & Youth Worker,
    • Social Worker,
    • Social Service Worker,
    • Criminology,
    • Early Childhood Education,
    • Community Justices,
    • Personal support worker
    • RPN and RN
    • And other related post-secondary education.
  • Associates will have a minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Holds a broad knowledge and experience in specialized services in areas such as Autism, developmental services, mental health, youth justice, and educational behaviour supports.
  • Criminal record Check (Vulnerable Person Check)
  • Health and Medical Screening process
  • Ministry approved training under: Crisis Prevention/Training Technique, Safe Management, UMAB
  • Holds Excellent documentation and individual planning skills
  • Holds Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Regular review of service with service coordinator
